These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the n89 platform, including all gaming products, payment services, bonuses, and customer support facilities. By registering an account and using n89, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Bonus Conditions

Fair Play

1. General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of n89, accessible at n89.club ("the Platform"), and all related services, games, promotions, and communications provided by n89. By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, playing, or withdrawing — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
n89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When a material change is made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall take precedence. The Platform is intended for use by individuals located in Bangladesh and is optimised for Bangladeshi mobile users and payment infrastructure.
1.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with n89's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and n89 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
1.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
2. Age Restriction and Eligibility
To be eligible to register and use n89, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or organisation.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by n89 or any third-party responsible gaming organisation.
- You have not previously had an n89 account closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of n89 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
2.1 Age Verification
n89 conducts age verification at the point of registration and again at the time of first withdrawal request. You may be required to submit a government-issued identification document such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed. If an account is confirmed to belong to an individual under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
2.2 Self-Exclusion
If you have voluntarily placed yourself on self-exclusion through your n89 account settings, you are not permitted to create a new account or attempt to circumvent the exclusion period by registering under a different name or payment method. Doing so is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the n89 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If n89 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings accrued through the duplicate account(s) will be voided and forfeited.
3.1 Accurate Information
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure without refund of deposits.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. n89 will never contact you and ask for your password, whether by email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and n89 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact n89 support immediately at . n89 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation to protect your funds.
3.3 One Account Per Device / Household
n89 monitors registrations to detect multiple accounts originating from the same device, IP address, or residential address. Where evidence suggests that multiple accounts are being used to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions, all associated accounts may be suspended and reviewed. This policy applies whether or not the accounts belong to different individuals.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
n89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.1 Deposit Terms
- All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the originating account less any applicable transaction fees.
- n89 does not accept cash deposits, bank wire transfers, credit cards, or cryptocurrency payments at this time.
- Deposits are credited to your n89 balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. n89 is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile wallet provider.
- n89 does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are your responsibility.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be made to a mobile wallet account registered in your own name, matching the name on your n89 account.
- Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). n89 may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
- n89 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed in your account dashboard, subject to verification requirements. Processing times may vary based on transaction volumes.
- Winnings derived from exploited software errors, game malfunctions, or breach of these Terms are not eligible for withdrawal and will be voided.
- n89 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold and may request additional verification documentation in such cases.
4.3 Currency
All balances, bets, and winnings on n89 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Amounts are displayed using the ৳ symbol. n89 does not support multi-currency accounts. All transactions, whether deposits or withdrawals, are processed in BDT only.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
n89 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the promotion itself. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for matters relating to that promotion only.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit applicable to each bonus are stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds are used before real money when placing bets, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
n89 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following actions are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:
- Registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion more than once.
- Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements at low risk.
- Placing bets that cover opposing outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (bonus hedging).
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers as part of a bonus fulfilment strategy.
5.3 Expiry
Bonus funds and free bets expire at the end of the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically and are not recoverable. n89 is under no obligation to notify you before bonus funds expire — it is your responsibility to monitor your bonus balance and use it within the stated timeframe.
6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
n89 is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game in a manner not available to regular players through the standard browser interface.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or security systems.
- Deliberately exploiting identified software errors, game glitches, or misconfigured odds to generate winnings not achievable under normal operating conditions.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the house edge or influence outcomes on shared-table games.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Impersonating another player, n89 staff member, or any other individual on the Platform.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with n89 customer support staff.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
n89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other illegal activity.
- Detection of duplicate or fraudulent account registrations.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Technical, legal, or regulatory requirements that necessitate account closure.
7.1 Consequences of Closure for Breach
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, promotional credits, and winnings generated in breach of the Terms will be voided and forfeited. Deposits of real money (excluding those made in connection with fraud or illegal activity) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be returned to the originating payment method at n89's discretion.
7.2 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your n89 account at any time by contacting support at . Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting applicable bonus funds and pending wagers) will be returned to your registered mobile wallet. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n89 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other financial loss resulting from:
- Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server failures, or third-party infrastructure outages.
- Internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, or device failures on your end that prevent access to games or payment facilities.
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
- Losses incurred during a game session that was interrupted by a technical failure, where the game state cannot be accurately reconstructed.
- Actions taken by n89 in good faith to comply with applicable law, regulatory guidance, or court orders.
8.1 Game Malfunction
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or misconfigured odds, n89 reserves the right to void all wagers placed during the affected period. Winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. n89 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and return their original stake amounts where a malfunction is confirmed.
8.2 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
